#3.20 Life After College (part 3)

"Getting and staying positive. Positive positive....hopefully. =) "

We reached Sydney at night and the metropolitan city was all about its fabulous food. We tried out so many restaurants and guess what's my fav of all: still Asian food. I'm not biased or anything but frankly I personally think that Asian food, especially Chinese and Japanese food---okay, this might be a little bit biased----is one of the best thing that has ever happened to humankind. I love the Korean restaurant which was located inside a small alley. I was caught by surprised that there would be a restaurant--or any shops at all--- to exist in a back alley, not to mention seeing locals queuing up in front of it before dinner time.

Special recommendation by Den: Best korean food in town.
Pancake On The Rock. Another must-try. =)
Taiwanese dessert.
We walked around the city the next few days and discovered many cute little things. Sometimes, all it took was some little unimportant things to make you smile. A lot of people tend to over think and shower their loved ones with complicated things when simplicity did the trick even better.

So cute. Both the kid and the bubble. They totally made my day. =)
Cute mascot in China Town.
Standing tall was the beautiful and elegant church.

A few weeks later, I joined a few best friends down to Penang, Malacca (yes, again), Putrajaya and Shah Alam (Really nightmare returning! Luckily we avoided the food there at all cost). And the reason we traveled to so many places was a long grandmother story. A lot of unhappy things happened during the trip--and it was damn exhausting running to several states at a time--- but still it was the last one in which every one was together. Luckily everything was sorted out in the end. Gonna look at the bright side no matter what in life I reckoned. Note to self : Gotta stay positive no matter what shit's pouring down from the sky. ^^

Somewhere in Penang Hill I guess.
Ethan acting cool. LOL.
Touring around in this cute mini car.

The holidays were 3 months long but I hardly did anything at all. Vowed to learn cooking---- failed. Wanted to learn guitar----failed. Forced myself to increase swimming speed----ended up talking in the pool all day, another great failure. My only so-called proud achievement was that I finished another Nicholas Sparks book. The simplicity yet powerful writing of him never failed to make me go "wow". Should have considered it another failure since it took me 3 months to finish a short novel.

Never mind. It was a break after all. Positive positive.... hahax. ;)
