#3.22 Hot Steaming Night

"As wrong as the title might sound, the night was perfectly flawless. =) "

In the wink of an eye, it had been exactly 1 month since we lived in Semenyih. Once the class was dismissed (Gosh, finally), we stepped out the class as the other students slowly disappeared in the hallway. Glancing through the windows, all we could see was the gloomy sky. It was drizzling in the chilled evening and the word "Steamboat" instinctively flashed across our mind. At first Dillon wanted to fetch all of us for 2 rounds but the distance was way too long. Luckily Alicia borrowed a car from her friend or this outing would never had happened.

Still, it took us more than 1 hour to reach the destination. Actually we never reached the destination as we're lost half way along the highway. So we had to switch to another steamboat restaurant but thank God there was another shop around. We're so famished till we had to stop by a petrol station to get some bread first before we continued the journey.

Carmen's excited expression once we sat down. Priceless kan?
Camwhoring while waiting for the food to be cooked.
D yummy chicken wings.
Seconds later. =(

It was our first massive outing since we entered Nottingham. Wait, I didn't think that I had ever mentioned about me getting into University. Wow, time really did fly. I always knew that one day somehow I would manage to crawl my way into Uni but still it was hard to believe that I'm now officially a uni student. Knowing it was one thing, being one was completely another.

Should I cry due the fact that I had grown much older or should I be glad as I had come to another great milestone in life? Never mind. It sort of didn't matter much to me as my mental system automatically filtered all these out. I'm happy as long as my life's kept on surrounded by great friends and beloved family. They're all that matters in the end, aren't they?

First coconut drink since I left home. =)
Began eating. Wad's Juciy doing again? Hahax..

Such a big failure to pretend that it was a self-shot.
All of the smurfs that night.

As it had been forever since the last gathering, we're all so high until we kept cam-whoring even outside the restaurant in front of a few closed shops. Divided into groups of class, hometown and all, there were always reasons for us to keep on taking more photos. After that, we're only contented to go back to our hostel.

We sang all the way back and two funny things happened on the road. A) We failed to follow Dillon's car and when I called Juicy, she asked me where we were. Since we're in the middle of nowhere along the highway, all I could say was "Trees beside us, cars in front of us and we're on a road. " B) We DID NOT know the rules of using the toll resulting in my Touch-and-go card being suspended. Fortunately, we could still find our way back to Nott. What a night. XD

D Kedah gang.

We gathered around SA after returning the car and waited for our dessert from Dillon. We continued to chat and watch TV until quite late before eventually got back to our rooms to have a good rest after a long day. It might be a cold night but steamboat and friends made it so much warmer.

Looking forward to an exciting 4 years of Uni life. =)

# Please end the cold-heartedness.

I wonder how people can be so indifferent.

Is it not in our human nature to stop and help?

What were they thinking at that moment? Is it so hard to lift a finger to help?

How can they live without their conscience? They are OK to live with the incident for the rest of their lives? Don't they feel guilty and don't they have a heart?

Fine. You don't feel like helping. But please don't make up excuses for not helping.

Too dark at that time? You're kidding right or you're blind. Your child was terrified so you just LEFT? What kind of mother that makes you?

This is just sad. Plus shameful. And disturbing.

Judge people by their personality and not their accomplishment. Have a heart to help and love. =)

It's easy to become indifferent as you go through life facing difficulties, rejections and disappointments. But don't ever give up on your kindness and your heart.
